The Pedro’s Shop Chain Tool is a rugged chain tool that will fit 1-13 speed chains, including SRAM Flattop chains. The chassis of this chain breaker tool features an ergonomic handle that makes it very easy to hang on to the tool. When it comes time to drive a pin, long arms provide plenty of torque to drive pins in and out of even stubborn chains, and the actual pin driver rests on a ball bearing that more effectively locates the force of the pin, which reduces the effort needed, and as an additional benefit the better alignment of the pin when working on a chain will lengthen the life of the pin driver. Should the pin become damaged, a replacement pin is conveniently hidden in the handle.
